[BioC] Win32 data packages

Hello ...

To compliment the new Win32 builds of the Bioconductor packages, I've
built Win32 versions of the data packages (available via the 'data' link
on the sidebar).

I don't believe there is any real difference (I'm pretty sure they are all
just data files, Jianhua can correct me if I'm wrong), but you can suck
these into your Rgui session via the 'install package from local zip file'
option.
