Uh, uh... this question is not stupid... it means that something is
wrong (my settings here are a bit complex, and it happens more than
it should that a file that should be transfered to the bioconductor
server slips out of the net)... 

(it should be on the website on Monday...  (I can mail you the package
if urgent needs))...

(note: you are using the 'devel' version of the package... the stability
goes through various stages. sorry for the inconvenience)

If you use linux, you may prefer a package made for your distribution
(like rpm)...

(?!) I do not remember kernel density estimation being used in
li-wong... I think kernel density estimation is used for background
correction (method "rma" or "bg.correct.rma")...
