Hi all,
I have installed the NBIR library.
I try to load it in a R session but it fails. I have the error message :
Error in readLines(con) : cannot open file
`/usr/lib/R/library/annotate/data/hgu95v2fgroup'
Could you help me ??

Oliver,
It failed because /usr/lib/R/library/annotate/data/hgu95v2fgroup is an old file
we used before but does not exist in annotate/data any more. I will let the
maintainer of the package know about the change and have the bug fixed. Thanks.

hi -- my experience with NBIR under R 1.5 is that
it fails because SNetscape and the methods library
are incompatible. NBIR has not been touched for
some time owing to that.
If you have evidence to the contrary let me know
and I will try to rebuild and correct the
current bugs.
Let me know what version of R you are running and
on what platform please.

Je ne suis pas certain de mon coup, mais il pourrait que ce soit du au
fait qu'il faille egalement avoir la bibliotheque 'annotate'...
..est-ce le cas ?
