[BioC] BioConductor install in Mac OS X

Hi,

Has anybody try to install BioConductor in Mac OS X? If, yes, how? I am 
running R 1.5 for X. I have starting using R and BioConductor is a very 
interesting add-on in expression studies.

Any help would be appreciated
