[BioC] problems with tcltk library

I just downloaded and installed the ActiveTcl 8.3.4.2.  But, it's still not working.  When I was trying to include library(tcltk), I got the same error message.

Error in firstlib(which.lib.loc, package) : 
        TCL_LIBRARY is not set
Error in library(tcltk) : .First.lib failed

Do you have the tcl/tk library (not R tcltk) installed? If not, get one from 
www.tcl.tk/software/tcltk, install it, and try again.
