For those of you using the affy package and experiencing difficulties with the windows version, Rafael has provided a new zip file with the latest bug fixes. It is available on the website under the released packages section (http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/distrib/Win32/affy.zip). If you've been using the Windows version, you should probably update with this version. -Jeff
