[BioC] biobase

Hi--I d/l the biobase package today and could not get the affy.pdf file to
open up.  

C:\Program Files\R\rw1050\library\affy\doc\affy.pdf

Also, there seems to be some problem with using the new Bioconductor package
to work with biobase and affy.
