[BioC] error message Tcltk

I have installed the Tcl and tk software but I still don't get my 
Widgets to work in the Affy package. The error message is still the 
same:

error in firstlib(which.lib.loc, package):
TCL library is not set
Error in Eval(expr, envir, enclos) : tcl/tk package 'tcltk' not 
available -- forget about 'tkwidgets'

What can I do to solve it?
