Hi further to my question about obtaining ratio data, is it possible to obtain the seperate channel data for experiments that have passed through marrayNorm ? & include normal ratio/intensity data rather than the log transformed options. *.Gf & *.Rf normalised data (similar to the output from VSN) thanks J.
