[BioC] problem solved !

thanks everybody for your precious help / comments around this R/BioC 
environment. 
All my problems were solved by re-downloading all the packages ! 
I really dont know what was the trouble but all is fixed !
However, I am still thinking that memory is an issue for RMA and that is a 
pity for this great package...
