Hi all,

The adoption of proteomics approaches (based on two dimensional gels or
others means) into biological research
is increasing and give important data sets. Distilling biological
signifiance from these data sets remain a
challenge (a challenge shared by gene expression analysis).
So, I would like to know if some people has already worked on the
analysis of such data.

As in gene expression analysis, an important problem could be the
normalisation data in the
case of the comparison of different biological conditions. Does somebody
have experience
in these questions?

Regards,
Olivier.
