[BioC] 2 way HCL with median centering

Hi.


I would like to do 2 way hierarchical clustering (ie cluster genes 
and samples) and then plot a heat map to visualise if genes are up or 
down regulated in different samples, therefore I need to attach gene 
labels to the heat map and sample names and have an appropriate 
colour scheme.

I would also like to run the clustering on median and/or mean centered data.

Can anyone help me with this analysis.
