[BioC] Debian packages unavailable temporarily

Dirk's post to R-devel reminded me -- The debian package site that I
was running was taken down temporarily.  We had a near disk-full
problem on that machine and on my WWW server, and a long term solution
(bigger, nicer, faster, fuller) machine is being prepared to
(hopefully by the end of next week).
