Hi

I'm having difficulty accessing data that I have placed
into R using marrayInput

After creating a "raw" file using marrayRaw and appropriate
layout, gnames and target files I wasn't sure how to access this
data for marrayNorm. When I look at the files I've loaded in there is no
00Index file

I've created files with .Rdata suffix and if I look at the file it appears
to have saved all the binary data correctly
I would like to set up new project directory work space
similar to the data(swirl) set up


If someone could advise how to do this
