[BioC] downlading bioc from R script

Hello,

I ve tried to download bioconductor packages my means of the getBioC.R script 
and from R, but i got an error message that said that i could not connect to 
the bioconductor site and that the problem would likely be internet 
configuration from R.

what do I do now then?
