Hi Philippe,

for your tkWidgets-Problem:
A few weeks ago I had the same problem.
I installed ActiveTcl8.3.5.0 to c:\Tcl
Then I set the environment variable TCL_LIBRARY to the path 
C:\Tcl\lib\tcl8.3
After that tkWidgets worked.
