[BioC] installation of cdf package

Hi,

Dose any one have experience to fix following problem?

After downloading and installation of hgu95acdf package, the system
still return error message like:

AffyBatch object
size of arrays=640x640 features (3203 kb)
Error in .local(object, ...) : Information about probe locations for HG_U95A
could not 
be found.
Try downloading the hgu95acdf package from
http://www.bioconductor.org/data/cdfenvs/cdfenvs.html
Error in inherits(cdf.env, "try-error") : Object "cdf.env" not found

HG_U95av2 chips works fine with same procedures so I guess there is
something
wrong with the cdf package installation.
