[BioC] Status of binary CEL file support

Hello all,

There has been a number of recent requests for binary CEL file support.
I appreciate that many of you have analysis projects requiring such
support. Currently the code is undergoing stability testing. Preliminary
support should be publicly available in the development version of the
affy package sometime next week (an announcement will be made). Please
be patient.
