[BioC] Recent changes to Bioconductor packages

   - read.imagene now allows for changes of header info between arrays
   - bug fix in "minimum" method for backgroundCorrect() 

1 October 2003: widgetTools - added a widget that allows users to locat 
  neighboring genes of a target gene interatively. JZ

1 October 2003: widgetTools - added a function oneVScrList that creats a 
  group of list box widgets sharing a commom vertical scroll bar. JZ

1 October 2003: limma 1.2.6
   - new method "edwards" for backgroundCorrect()
   - added html index of vignettes for R 1.8.0
   - update to manual.  GKS

30 September 2003: reposTools - added a function 'buildPkgDepGraph',
   which will generate a graph detailing the package's dependencies. JG

30 September 2003: graph - added a 'join' method which will combine
   two graphs. JG
