[BioC] order restricted inference

Dear all,



    I wonder if anyone has implemented or is intentioned to implement the
procedure described in Peddada et al. "Gene selection and clustering for
time-course and dose-response microarray experiments using order-restricted
inference" in the Bioconductor or R environment. If not, do you know if
there are other packages avalaible for R dealing with order restricted
inference?

Lastly, I would appreciate any suggestions of other approches to classify
conveniently time profiles.
