this is what I would put your experiment in a design matrix

Slide Treatment Dye
1	DIF1	-1
2       DIF1     1
.
.
6	DIF1	-1
7	DIF2	-1
.
.
12	DIF2	-1
13	DIF3	-1
14	DIF3	 1
.
.
18	DIF3	-1

Then you can use ANOVA to compare the different drugs.
