[BioC] Problem-Help

Dear Sir or Madam,

I sent a message last week because I couldn''t use Bioconductor since
the 1.8.1 version of R on Windows 95 and I didn't manage to solve the
problem. There's un error message which is:

Error in file(file, "r") : unable to open connection
In addition: Warning message:
unable to connect to 'www.bioconductor.org' on port 80.

I really don't know how to solve this problem. I tried to copy the
getBioC function in my R Console but the same problems occurs.I can't
take any packages...
Could someone help me please?
