The UCSF Center for Bioinformatics and Molecular Biostatistics and QB3 announce

                Analysis of Gene Expression Microarray Data

             A day-long short course addressing commonly encountered 
              problems and issues in the analysis of microarray data.

             Differential Expression / Design - Sandrine Dudoit, UCB
             Classification / Class Prediction - Jane Fridlyand, UCSF

                        Target Audience:

             Scientists, researchers and data analysts who are planning, 
             performing or analyzing microarray experiments. 
                                     
                        Prerequisite: 

             Familiarity with microarray technology and data structures.
