[BioC] help with genefinder/geneplotter

Hi I would like to use the genefinder command with correlation as 
dist metric rather than euclidean.


The command looks something like:


gf<-genefinder(eset, c("210354_at","219179_at"), numResults=25, 
scale="zscore", method="euclidean")
Nms1<-geneNames(eset)[gf$"219179_at"$indices]
X<-multiget(Nms1,env=hgu133aSYMBOL)
