[BioC] Input of Spot output directly into marrayInput

Hi Richard,

In the next release, all the marray* packages will be combined into one
package "marray".  The functions name will stay the same.  Richard Beare
in CSIRO may have some functions for this in Spot.  I have CC him in this
e-mail.
