[BioC] AnnBuilder - always "This package has not been installedproperly"

You need to give more information than that. For instance, how have you
tried to download AnnBuilder? What OS, what version of R? How have you
installed the package?

Have you tried
library(reposTools)
install.packages2("AnnBuilder")

Dear list,

I tried various source to download the package of AnnBuilder, however I
always got the message "This package has not been installed properly"
when I run library(AnnBuilder). Is there any bug? Thanks!
