No. Although affy says that e.g., the HG-U133A has probesets of 11 
probes each, this is not quite true. There are numerous probesets that 
have more or less probes. One of the first things that is done in 
AffyRNAdeg() is to remove all 'non-standard' probesets, so you only end 
up using the 'normal' probesets.
