[BioC] Common procedure for analysis of cDNA microarray using bioconductor

I am new user of bioconductor. I am wondering anyone would provide some tutorial information or sample code to show the common procedure for analysis of cDNA microarray using bioconductor. For example, a very typical two group comparison, control&treatement.
