[BioC] installing R2....

Hello,

I wanted to download the latest version of R program; a link sent me to a page with these downloadable links. Should I download all of them? or just the first one in the list (R-2.0.1.ter.gz). Which I did but couldn't install it! 

Is there anyone who can explain this to me?
