  I just upgraded til R 1.8 and installed affy and related programs through R.

  gives

  Error in expresso(data, bgcorrect.method = "rma", normalize.method = "quantiles",  : 
          unused argument(s) (pmcorrect.methods ...)

  What went wrong?
