Hello...
I have been trying to get the XML and MAGEML packages from Bioconductor to run on Mac OS X. When I use the call getBioC("analyses"), when it comes to the XML package I get the following output.

[1] "Installing XML"
* Installing *source* package 'XML' ...
checking for gcc... gcc
checking for C compiler default output... a.out
checking whether the C compiler works... yes
checking whether we are cross compiling... no

checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... yes
checking whether gcc accepts -g... yes
checking for gcc option to accept ANSI C... none needed
checking how to run the C preprocessor... gcc -E
checking for xml-config... no
checking for xml2-config... no
Cannot find xml2-config
ERROR: configuration failed for package 'XML'
** Removing '/Applications/StartR.app/RAqua.app/Contents/library/XML'
Warning message:
Installation of package XML had non-zero exit status in: installPkg(fileName, pkg, pkgVer, type, lib, repEntry, versForce)

Does anyone know what I need to do to get xml2-config set up? Or is that really the problem? Thank you very much for your help.
