[BioC] AnnBuilder error ....

Golden Path has changed the downloading site from http://www.genome.ucsc.edu/ to 
 http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/. I checked the new site and found that build 
hg17 was not there. I will write to Golden Path to see what happened. I can 
patch AnnBuilder to use hg16 instead the latest build but am afriad that it may 
not help as hg16 (currently available) is too old (July 2003). I will let you 
know what Golden Path says about hg17.
