16 June, 2004: pairseqsim - added contributed updates. JG

15 June, 2004: MergeMaid - added contributed package MergeMaid. JG

15 June, 2004: widgetInvoke - checked in a "mostly done" version
     of widgetInvoke. JG

Jun 13, 2004: altcdfenvs 1.1-0 - LG
              Added functions:
              - countduplicated
              - removeIndex
              - unique.CdfEnvAffy
              as well as a '[' method for CdfEnvAffy,
              and a new vignette for the n-genomes chips.

Jun 13, 2004: affy - LG 
              - 'multiget' removed for good (backported to the released
                version).  
              - the 'update' problem with nlme as been fixed (not yet
	      backported to the released version).
