[BioC] Release 1.4 - packages missing?

Hi all,

I tried to install release 1.4.
Why is package vsn not found in the release repository.
I use reposTools version 1.4.0.

> install.packages2("vsn", type="Source")
Unable to locate the requested package(s) in any known repository

Moreover, is it true that GO version 1.5.0 is part of release 1.4, although
version 1.5.1 is out for quite some time now. Are there still packages that
don't work with the changes in 1.5.1?
