[BioC] Problem with updating Bioconductor

When I received a letter about recent changes I try to update Bioconductor packages, but I get the following error message:

Error in if (any(ok)) ok[ok] <- sapply(available[ok, "Version"], newerVersion,  : 
        missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

What is the problem here?
