[BioC] Problems with aCGH library

  And when you upgraded R to the 2.0.0 release you do not seem to have
  upgraded the packages. You must do so. The error message is pretty
  clear, get a new version of repeated. As for from where, the 
  first thing to try is

  install.packages("repeated")

  which works for CRAN packages,
 or
  library(reposTools)
  install.packages2("repeated")

 which works for BioC packages.
