[BioC] cdf environments for 100k mapping arrays

Does anyone know where I can get the environment packages for 100k mapping
arrays.  Specifically for 

 

Mapping50K_Hind240.cdf

And 

Mapping50K_Xba240.cdf

 

These files cannot be converted using makecdfenv because they are binary.
