yes, i will try that. i have it already downloaded, but have problems 
installing
it. as i understand, the Rserve is some kind of "application server", that
creates a new R instance when the Rconnection is called, and keeps that R
workspace available as long as the connection is open, but what with more that
one connection? i hope that the objects in the R workspace will not be shared
across different connections.
