[BioC] ontology about inflammation?

Mikael,

Do you mean to ask, "What ontology terms are associated with 
inflammation?"  If so, I would refer you to look at one of several Gene 
Ontology browsers (amigo, for example) so that you can look up those 
terms by keyword.  You can do the same in BioC, but the process is 
slightly more involved, so start with the web tool and then move on to 
calculation in R when you know what you need to find in BioC.
