[BioC] FW: reading imagene data into limma

Allowing for only 60 lines of header is a limitation of the
readImaGeneHeader() function in limma. I've expanded the number of lines
read to 100 in limma 1.8.23 available from http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/limma.

Ideally, the readImaGeneHeader() function is overdue for a complete
re-write, but time constraints don't seem to allow it at the moment.
