[BioC] arrayQuality Issue.

Hi,

     I am attempting to use maQualityPlots() on an RG list in
arrayQuality, and get the following error:
"Error in if (is.int(totalPlate)) { : argument is of length zero"
Anyone have any idea what is going on?
