[BioC] Error message when running arrayQuality 1.0.9

Hi,
 
I am using R 2.0.1 with marray 1.5.29 and arrayQuality 1.0.9.  When I ran
command:

rawdata <- gpQuality(TargetsGenePix$FileName, compBoxplot=FALSE)

I got error message:

Error in densfun(numeric(0), bw = 0.979616917286071) : 
        non-finite `from'
In addition: Warning messages: 
1: no finite arguments to min; returning Inf 
2: no finite arguments to max; returning -Inf

How to fix it?
