hi BioC,

in my recent work on affymetrix data, I retrived some interesting biological results. my experiment is biologically replicated on FEBIT arrays, and i want to validate my results with it. Now I'm working with the same statistical test, and clustering algorths. now, how would you suggest me to carry on?
