Dear Han,

I have written a small package for evaluating Affymetrix array quality. The 
package is called affyQCReport.  I will be submitting it to Bioconductor in 
the next week or so but until then it is available at www.bifix.org.

The package is a collection of tools I have used to check array quality.  I 
hope you find the package useful.
