[BioC] Missing values and MAS5

hello,
  I have a question:
  Has anyone have algorithm MAS5 and to good answer how to estimate
  the missing values? I start analize GeneChip U133A and I woul like
  to have good data. I write my code in SAS but I could start in R. If
  somebody could help my I would be greatfull
