[BioC] VSN problem in windows

To whom may concern
I installed R 2010 version, but when i called the vsn
library it did the following :

>utils:::menuInstallLocal()
package 'vsn' successfully unpacked and MD5 sums checked
updating HTML package descriptions
> library(vsn)
Error in dyn.load(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now)) : 
        unable to load shared library
'C:/ARCHIV~1/R/rw2010/library/vsn/libs/vsn.dll':
  LoadLibrary failure:  No se encontró el proceso
especificado.
Error in library(vsn) : .First.lib failed for 'vsn'
---------
an error box appears saying that the R.dll and function
asinh are not reachable.

Can anybody please, tell me what it is going on?
