[BioC] heatmap-suppress col reordering/dendrogram?

Try using the index of the rows in your dendrogram:

myDendro <- as.dendrogram(hc)
rowInd <- order.dendrogram(myDendro)
heatmap(x[rowInd,], Rowv=NA, ...
