[BioC] function checkfac in rowttests

Dear Matthias,

thanks for pointing this out! It is fixed in 'genefilter' version 1.9.7, 
which should appear on the developmental section of bioconductor 
shortly. Till then, a workaround is to specify the argument "fac" 
explicitely (factor with one level).
