[BioC] biomaRt... possible to specify db version

Hi Aedin,

This is currently not possible, you can only connect to the latest 
version of Ensembl. 
biomaRt in web service mode will have this option enabled but this 
functionality still has to be developed by the BioMart developers.
On the other hand it would require only a small change in the biomaRt 
code to enable you to access older versions of Ensembl (still present in 
their database) via biomaRt in MySQL mode.
I'll add this to the code.
