[BioC] EST´s mapped to a structural variation region

As far as I know there are no bioconductor packages for doing this.  You may 
want to look at using the UCSC table browser for doing a task like this.  I 
think it will be possible.  You can write to them (there is a link on their 
site) for assistance--they are quite helpful and prompt.
